Cabbage Curry

Ingredients:
1. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
2. Chilly powder – 1 tsp
3. Cabbage – 1 medium size
For seasoning :
1. Mustard seeds – 1tsp
2. Black gram dal – 1 tsp
3. Red chilly – 1 cut in to 2 pieces
Method:
Wash and cut cabbage in to small pieces. Heat a pan with 2 tsp of oil and add mustered seeds, black gram dal, red chilly pieces. When mustard sputters add curry leaves, cabbage pieces. Add turmeric powder, salt, Jaggery and fry for 2 minutes. Add only 1/4 cup of water because cabbage leaves water. Cover it and cook it well. Add 1 tsp of chilly powder and fry for a minute. Garnish with coconut gratings.
