Beans Curry

Ingredients:
Beans – 500 gms
Jaggery – A small piece
Green Chilly – 2
For seasoning :
Mustard seeds – 1tsp
Black gram dal – 1 tsp
Red chilly – 1 cut in to 2 pieces
Method:
Wash beans and cut in to desired shapes. In a pan heat 1 tsp of oil, add mustard seeds, Black gram dal and red chilly pieces. When mustard splutters add curry leaves, green chilies and beans pieces. Fry for 2 minutes. Add salt, Jaggery and half cup of water. Close the lid and cook till the water evaporates. Now add about 3 spoons of coconut gratings and mix it well.
