Tomato Soup

Ingredients:
1. Tomatoes – 4 to 5
2. Onions – 1 small
3. Garlic – 4 to 5
4. Maida – 1 tsp.
5. Grated carrot – 2 tsp
6. Cloves – 2
7. Pepper – 4 to 5
8. Cinnamon – 1 piece of 1 inch
Method: Heat 2 tsp of ghee or butter in a pan add cloves, cinnamon, pepper and fry this a little.
Add finely chopped onion, garlic and fry this till onion becomes brown. Add 1 tsp of maida and fry
this a little. Now put grated carrot and pieces of tomatoes, fry this for a minute and add 1 cup of
water. Cook it till tomatoes are become soft. After cooling grind this in a mixi, then filter it and add
some more water and salt. Boil this and add pepper powder if needed. Serve hot.
