Spinach (palak) Soup

Ingredients:
1. Spinach(Palak) – about 10 leaves
2. Onions – 1 small one
3. Jeera – 1 tsp.
4. Lemon – 1 small one
5. Corn – 4 tsp.
6. Pepper – 6 to 7
Method: Heat a little oil in a pan, add jeera, onion and fry this till brown. Now add pepper, sweet
corn and palak, fry this for a minute. Remove pan from fire, add some water and grind this in a
mixi. Add lemon juice and salt. Fry little corn in oil and add to this. Finally boil this and add
pepper powder.
