Curd Rice

Ingredients:
1. Rice – 1 cup
2. Curds – 1 cup
3. Green chillies – 4
4. Coriander leaves and curry leaves
5. Onion – 2 medium size
6. Green grapes – around 10 (optional)
For seasoning:
1. Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp.
2. Black gram dhal – 1 tsp.
3. Bengal gram dhal – 1 tsp.
4. Broken cashew nuts – 2 tsp.
5. Curry leaves – few
Method: Cook rice and allow it to cool in a broad basin. Heat oil, add the seasoning and fry till golden brown. Add rice, chopped green chillies, chopped onion, salt, green grapes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
