Chikku Milk Shake

Ingredients:

1. Chikku – 6
2. Sugar – 1cup
3. Milk – 3 cups

Method:

1.Wash the chikku with clean water.
2.Peel off the skin of chikku and remove the seeds from it.
3.Add little milk to the the peeled off chikku fruits and grind in a mixer-grinder or a juicer to make a thick paste.
4.Then, add 1 cup of sugar and milk to the grinded paste and mix well.
5.Refrigerate for at least 1/2 an hour.
6.Enjoy the Chikku Milk Shake.
