Apple Milk Shake

Ingredients:

1. Apple - 2 to 3
2. Sugar - 1 cup.
3. Milk - 3 cups.

Method:

1.Wash the apple with clean water.
2.Cut the apples into small pieces.
3.Add little amount of milk to the apple slices and grind in a mixer-grinder or in a juicer to get thick paste.
4.Now, add 1 cup of sugar and 3 cups of milk to the grinded paste and mix well.
5.Refrigerate for at least 1/2 an hour.
6.Enjoy the Apple Milk Shake
