Amla Raita
Ingredients:
1. Amla (Nellikai) - 1 or 2
2. Green chilly - 2
3. Curd - 1/2 cup
4. Salt - 1/2 tsp
5. Cumin seeds(Jeera) - 1 tsp
6. Coconut gratings - 1/2 cup
For seasoning : Mustard seeds, Urad dal, Red chilly - 1, Curry leaves, Ghee - 1tsp

Methi Seeds Raita
Ingredients:
1. Methi seeds - 1/2 tsp
2. Mildly Sour curd - 1/2 cup
3. Coconut gratings - 1/2 cup
4. Green chilly - 1
5. Salt - 1/2 tsp
For seasoning: Ghee, Mustard seeds, Urad dal, Curry leaves
Method:
1. Fry methi seeds with 1 spoon of ghee.
2.Grind fried methi seeds, coconut and chilly together with little water.

Curry leaves Raita
Ingredients:
1. Curry leaves - about 1/2 cup
2. Cumin seeds(Jeera) - 1 tsp
3. Green chilly - 1 or pepper about 3 too 4
4. Salt - 1/2 tsp
5. Coconut gratings - 1/2 cup
6. Mildly Sour curd - 1/2 cup
Method:
1. With 1 tsp of ghee fry jeera and curry leaves till it becomes crispy.

Tomato Raitha
Ingredients:
1. Curds - 1 cup
2. Tomato - 3
3. Onion - 1
4. Green chillies - 3
5. Coriander leaves and curry leaves
For seasoning:
1. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp.
2. Curry leaves - few
Method:
Take curds in a vessel, add finely chopped tomatoes, onion, coriander leaves, sliced green
chillies and salt. Finally heat oil, fry the seasonings and add to riatha.
