1. Skin of one Ridge Gourd

Ingredients:
1. Mint (Pudhina) - 1 bunch
2. Green Chillies - 3
3. Tomato - 1
4. Salt - 1/4 tsp.
5. Oil - 1/2 tsp.
6. Tamarind - 1/2 tsp.

Coriander chutney
Ingredients:
1. Coconut gratings - 1/2 cup
2. Coriander leaf - 1 cup
3. Tamarind - little bit
4. Salt - 1/2 tsp
5. Green Chilly - 3 to 4
Method: Grind all these together in a mixer grinder with little bit of water.
