Tomato Raitha

Ingredients:

1. Curds – 1 cup
2. Tomato – 3
3. Onion – 1
4. Green chillies – 3
5. Coriander leaves and curry leaves

For seasoning:

1. Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp.
2. Curry leaves – few

Method:
Take curds in a vessel, add finely chopped tomatoes, onion, coriander leaves, sliced green
chillies and salt. Finally heat oil, fry the seasonings and add to riatha.
