Curry leaves Raita

Ingredients:

1. Curry leaves – about 1/2 cup
2. Cumin seeds(Jeera) – 1 tsp
3. Green chilly – 1 or pepper about 3 too 4
4. Salt – 1/2 tsp
5. Coconut gratings – 1/2 cup
6. Mildly Sour curd – 1/2 cup

Method:

1. With 1 tsp of ghee fry jeera and curry leaves till it becomes crispy.
2. Grind coconut, fried jeera and curry leaves, green chillies together with little water.
3. After grinding add curd, salt to it and mix well.
4. Season with mustered seeds and urad dal and add to rata.

Note: Curry leaves and methi seeds raitas are very cool for the body and it is very tasty with rice.
