Amla Raita

Ingredients:
1. Amla (Nellikai) – 1 or 2
2. Green chilly – 2
3. Curd – 1/2 cup
4. Salt – 1/2 tsp
5. Cumin seeds(Jeera) – 1 tsp
6. Coconut gratings – 1/2 cup
For seasoning : Mustard seeds, Urad dal, Red chilly – 1, Curry leaves, Ghee – 1tsp
Method:
1.Cut amla in to pieces and remove the seeds.
2.Grind amla pieces, green chilly, jeera, coconut gratings in to a fine paste with a little water.
3.After grinding add curd, salt to it and mix well.
4.Season with mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and add to the raita.
Note:
1. Use fresh curd for this raita
2. Amla has more Vitamin C
