Urad – Rice Dosa

Ingredients:

1. Rice – 4 cups
2. Urad daal – 1 cup
3. Methi seeds – 2 tsp

Method:

1. Wash and soak rice, urad daal and methi seeds for 3-4 hrs.

2. Grind it to a fine paste. And salt to taste(about 2 tsp)

3. Store the batter in a big vessel and keep it in a warm place for 8-10 hrs.

4. Heat the non stick or iron tava, pour 1 ladle of batter and spread it to make thin dosa. Cover itwith a plate. After 2 minutes you will get a thin crispy dosa.

5. Serve it with butter and with chutney
