Cucumber Dosa - 2

Ingredients:

1. Cucumber - 2 to 3
2. Salt - 1 tsp.
3. Rice - 1 cup
4. Coconut gratings - 1/2 of a big coconut
5. Jaggery(Optional) - 2 spoons

Method:

1. Wash and soak rice in water for 4 to 5 hours or over night.
2. Peal and Grate cucumber, separate the cucumber juice from the gratings by pressing hard  with hand or cloth
3. Grind coconut gratings and rice with cucumber juice in a grinder.
4. At last add salt, Jaggery and cucumber gratings.
5. Heat the tava and make thin dosas
6. This dosa will be very tasty with a little ghee and pickle or coconut chutney

Note:

1. While grinding you should not add water. Cucumber will be sufficient.
2.This batter should be little thicker than the normal dosa batter.
