Cabbage Dosa

Ingredients:

1. Cabbage - 1 small
2. Coconut gratings - 1 1/2 cup
3. Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
4. Red chillies - 3 to 4
5. Jeera - 1/2 tsp
6. Tamarind - little bit
7. Salt - 1 tsp
8. Jaggery - little bit

Method:

1. Wash and soak rice in water for 4 to 5 hours or over night.
2. Cut cabbage in to fine pieces.
3. Half boil this cabbage and keep aside.
4. Grind together soaked rice, coconut gratings, Coriander seeds, jeera, red chillies, tamarind, salt, jaggery in to a fine past.
5. Add finely chopped cabbage pieces in to the batter.
6. Now heat a tava and make thin dosas. When it fried one side put 1/2 tsp of ghee and turn it to cook the other side.
7. Serve it with butter or any chutney or just like that.

Note: Do not make the batter very thin.
