Mint (Pudhina) Chutney

Ingredients:
1. Mint (Pudhina) – 1 bunch
2. Green Chillies – 3
3. Tomato – 1
4. Salt – 1/4 tsp.
5. Oil – 1/2 tsp.
6. Tamarind – 1/2 tsp.
Method:
1. Take Mint leaves and wash in clean water to remove the dust and keep it aside.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the tomatoes, Green chilli’s for 3 minutes.
3. Then grind the fried tomatoes, green chilli’s, tamarind, mint leaves with salt in a mixer- grinder.
4. Enjoy the Chutney with dosa
