Green Tomato Chutney

Ingredients:
1. Green tomatoes – 2
2. Green chilly – 3 to 4
3. Jaggary – little bit
4. Salt – 1 to 2 tsp.
5. Peanuts – 1 hand full
6. Grated dry coconut – 3 spoons
7. onion – 1 small
8. Garlic – 6
9. White til seeds – 1/2 tsp.
10. oil – 3 to 4 tsp.
11. Curry leaves – about 10
Method:
1. Fry Onion, garlic, green chillies with oil and keep aside.
2. Fry til seeds, peanuts, and dry coconut and keep aside
3. Fry curry leaves and finely chopped green tomatoes with little bit of oil for 4 to 5 minutes.
4. Now put all these fried items in to the mixer grinder and also add salt, Jaggary.
5. Grind these in to a fine paste without adding water.
6. This chutney is very tasty with neer dosa or rava dosa
